Please note: all shipments require Adult signature upon delivery. no exceptions. underage sales are strictly prohibited.
When will my order be shipped?
There is a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders, with most orders shipping within 24 business hours. A tracking email will be sent to the customers email to review shipment progress. All shipping and transit times are estimated.
We process orders from 10:00AM MST - 5PM MST on weekdays. We do not process orders on Sundays, and U.S Federal Holidays.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all 50 States in the U.S..
All orders are shipped with adult signature required and confirmation number, so you must be available to sign (or pick up) when receiving your package.

USPS Delivers: Monday – Saturday (closed all federal holidays)
How Do I Track my Order?
Once your order has been placed, you can log into your account anytime to view the current order status. The tracking number will also be automatically sent to the email address registered to your account once order has shipped. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update with USPS.
What if I want to cancel or change an order after it has shipped?
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be changed or edited. Even if order was placed in error, we cannot refund or change orders once they have left our facility. If your credit card has been stolen and an order has been placed, please contact your card issuing bank for refunds.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address
If your order has not already shipped, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist you. We cannot change shipping information on any order as it must be shipped to the customer’s name and address associated with the card used at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship.
Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Nova Vapors LLC, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier. Please feel free to call us at 720-638-5178 and we will do our best to assist with any information available from our system to help with lost packages.
Late Shipments – USPS Assistance
Due to high volumes of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be automatically updated. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of Nova Vapors LLC and must be resolved by contacting USPS directly in the contact provided below. We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are non-refundable through us.
